Use this as an internet stability test when calls, games, or browsing feel uneven, and as an internet quality test when a simple Mbps score does not explain the problem. Technically, it compares quiet ping with download and upload load, then reports throughput, latency movement, and ping stability. Bufferbloat shows up as added delay under load.
